AerovectRx Corporation is an aerosol therapeutics and
vaccine company founded in 2005 to commercialize
the exclusive, world-wide license of patent-protected
technology developed by the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention. Thanks to the flexibility of the
platform, we have two product lines in development:
AeroVax™ for vaccine delivery to the mucosal tissues
and AeroCell™ for respiratory therapy drug delivery.
The issued patents and subsequent improvements
are embodied in our first product AeroVax™., a hand-
held device matched with a disposable drug cartridge
that allows healthcare professionals to provide a
single-dose of vaccine to the nasal mucosal tissue,
providing a rapid, broad, and protective therapy
against airborne viruses such as seasonal influenza
and H1N1 (Swine Flu).
AeroVax™ will be the first nasal aerosol vaccination
platform to be commercially available.
